MV Motorrad Technik has developed an adjustment mechanism for the footrest. A drylin® W double rail system is installed here, which enables even maintenance-free operation even with aggressive media such as salt, dirt and water and can be installed quickly and easily thanks to its compact design.

Krämer Motorcycles (KMC) was looking for lightweight and maintenance-free bearings for their supermono racing bike. The solution: iglidur ® bearings, which are used in the link, brake and shifting system as well as in the footrests. Two igubal ® rod ends are also used in the foot brake lever. Unlike metal solutions, the igus® products are lightweight and, thanks to dry operation, dirt-resistant and maintenance-free.

The company Giprime Hyper Racing builds centrifugal clutches that are used in 2-stroke racing machines. Normally, couplings of this type are mounted without plain bearings, which leads to rapid wear. By using highly abrasion-resistant iglidur ® Z plastic plain bearings, the service life is significantly increased and the entire coupling no longer needs to be replaced.
