iglidur® i190PF, filament for 3D printing

Wear-resistant all-rounder without PTFE - iglidur® i190PF

The new tribofilament® iglidur i190PF delivers excellent friction and wear properties—without any PTFE. It opens up new possibilities for heavy-duty applications while remaining environmentally conscious.

In the pin-on-disk test (load 10 N; mating surface V2A), the service life of i190PF is up to 78 times longer than that of conventional PETG, and is in no way inferior to other igus filaments in this regard.

The filament is highly sensitive to moisture and should be stored in a desiccator and actively dried on a regular basis.

When to use it?

• When a filament without PTFE is required
• When higher strength is required

When not to use it?

• When the operating temperature exceeds 90 °C for extended periods (→ iglidur J260 or iglidur RW370)
• For applications underwater or in high-humidity environments (→ iglidur i180)
• When the application requires a food-safe material (→ iglidur i150 or iglidur A350)
• When a tribofilament that is even easier to process is required (→ iglidur i150)
