Series 1500 – chain, snap-open along outer radius

Series 1500 is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: hanging applications ≤ 20 m, standing applications ≤ 2,0 m
horizontal: unsupported applications ≤ 1,75 m, gliding applications ≤ 75 m
rotary: rotating applications may be possible, please contact us

When to use Series 1500

When a medium-sized, strong system (e-chains®, half e-tubes, completely enclosed e-tubes) with 21 mm inner height is required
If an inner width up to 125 mm is required
For unsupported lengths up to 1,75 m and fill weights up to 2,0 kg/m
For long travels up to 75 m
If an opening system is required to quickly open from either the left or right

When not to use Series 1500

If higher strength is required

Option 1: Standard Separators can be placed anywhere in the chain's cross-section in order to divide the interior of the e-chain® - As standard, separators are fitted every 2nd chain link!

21.1 Standard - for all uses
Separator, wide base for maximum holding strength and stability in e-chains®.

21.2 Faster installation of cables
Secure seating on one side with wide base, opposite side narrow for easy installation of cables

21.3 For many thin cables
Separator with narrow base for many thin cables next to each other. Space-saving, secure state - for e-chains®.

21.4 For side-mounted applications
Asymmetrical separator defines the amount of clearance and spacers are therefore not required.

21.1.Z Strain relief separator
Can be integrated in the mounting bracket and can be placed in any position. Simultaneous strain relief and interior separation of the e-chains®.

2300.X Horizontal division
Locks in securely at both ends of the separator, secure width fixing possible. Can be used as full-width shelf for integrated subdivision or as a partial shelf for separation on one level.

Vertical separation in e-chains®. Due to its slots, it allows basic vertical/horizontal interior separations.

21.1.Z Strain relief separator
Can be integrated in the mounting bracket and can be placed in any position. Simultaneous strain relief and interior separation of the e-chains®.

Full-width shelf 110.X
Recommended if many thin cables with similar diameters are used. For comprehensive separation. Full-width shelves can be arranged in steps of 5.75 mm on 3 levels.
